The contiguous US Addresses Only – Free shipping on all orders over $65. Shipping for orders under $65 will depend on the items purchased and on your zip code. Those rates are calculated when you check out.
Non- US Addresses :
Shipping for prints – My prints are sold and delivered worldwide. Even though I am in the US, my printing partner has nine international production facilities. Therefore, my prints are considered local to those countries and the areas with which they have trade agreements. For example, print orders to the UK and the EU will be shipped from Latvia or Spain and may not be subject to duty or import tax. Please note that you will be responsible for taxes, duties, and customs charges if they are incurred.
My printing partner has facilities in the US (2), Mexico, Canada, Latvia, Spain, Japan, Australia (2).
Shipping for all else – I ship all other products from Eugene, Oregon, USA. International shipping rates will apply to non-U.S. orders. You will most likely be charged additional customs fees or import taxes if you live outside the USA. Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. I recommended you visit this Duty Calculator to estimate what you will be charged when the package arrives. I do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.
My printing partner has already been shipping my print orders to many countries around the world. However, shipping other items from my Eugene, Oregon location is a new experience for me. Please bear with me while I figure things out, and hopefully, don’t make too many mistakes. Please see my entry under “What does shipping cost?” For more details.
*Please note that all international sales are final unless the item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
*Any taxes/duties/fees imposed for non-USA deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.
My fulfillment time averages 2–5 business days.
The estimated shipping time is calculated according to historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region.
The estimated delivery time is just an estimate; it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons like:
Products being out of stock.
Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions.
However, I’ll work my hardest to meet our delivery estimates. If you’re ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order, and it’s past its EDT, please allow a few more days. Get in touch with me (email@example.com). I’ll check your order status and let you know how to proceed.
*Please note that I am currently seeing delays up to three weeks on all international shipments due to COVID-19.
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate. International customers, once your packages leave the US, the tracking links may not update, but your package is still on its way.

Please email me at email@example.com with your order number and items you would like to return. I will then provide you with a shipping address and instructions. The customer is responsible for the costs associated with the return. Items must be packaged securely in either the original package or a new secure mailer to ensure no damage happens in transit. The responsibility and liability of the goods remain with the customer until I receive the goods. I will issue a 100% refund upon confirmation of delivery.
Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
