Orders & Shipping

To US Addresses Only:

Free shipping on all US orders over $50. Your shipping costs for orders under $50 will depend on the items purchased, if they will be packaged together, and on your zip code. Those rates are calculated when you check out.

Non- US Addresses :

Shipping for prints – My prints are sold and delivered worldwide. Even though I am in the US, my printing partner has seven international production facilities. My printing partner has facilities in the US (2), Mexico, Canada, Latvia, Spain, Japan, Australia (2). Therefore, my prints are considered local to those countries and the areas with which they have trade agreements. Please note that you will be responsible for taxes, duties, and customs charges if they are incurred.

Shipping for all else – I ship all other products from Eugene, Oregon, USA. International shipping rates will apply to non-U.S. orders. You will most likely be charged additional customs fees or import taxes when your package arrives if you live outside the USA. Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. I recommended you visit this Duty Calculator to estimate what you will be charged when the package arrives. I do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.

Through my printing partner, I have already been shipping my prints to customers around the world.

However, shipping all other items from my Oregon location is a new experience for me. Please bear with me while I figure things out, and hopefully, don’t make too many mistakes. Please see my previous entry under “What does shipping cost?” For more details.

*Please note that all international sales are final unless the item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

**Any taxes/duties/fees imposed for non-USA deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.

Not always. I may split an order into multiple shipments for the following reasons:

  • Product packaging. Some of our products are individually packaged to ensure their shape and provide extra durability. For example, prints are shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes, and shirts are shipped in poly-bags. Prints bought together will ship together, or shirts bought together will ship together.
  • Fulfillment location. Prints have different fulfillment locations worldwide. All other products ship from Oregon in the US.

Shipping costs for orders with multiple shipments will be higher than for orders with a single shipment.

USPS ships all items within the United States.

International Print Sales: My printing partner uses some of the best global carriers to bring you the most affordable and reliable delivery options.

My fulfillment time averages 2–5 business days.

The estimated shipping time is calculated according to historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region. The estimated delivery time is just an estimate; it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons like:

  • Products being out of stock.
  • Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions.

However, I’ll work my hardest to meet the delivery estimates. If you’re ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order, and it’s past its EDT, please allow a few more days. Get in touch with me (support@nationalparksco.com). I’ll check your order status and let you know how to proceed.

*Please note that I am currently seeing delays up to three weeks on all international shipments due to COVID-19.

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate. International customers, once your packages leave the US, the tracking links may not update, but your package is still on its way.

If you have any questions or concerns about your order’s status, please contact me at support@nationalparksco.com.

Prints are rolled into a thick, plastic bag and inserted in to an industrial, tube mailer. The prints will unroll just fine; for more information about that please read my ‘Print Info & Care’ section. Clothing items are shipped in a polybag to keep packaging to a minimum.

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let me know!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with me at support@nationalparksco.com , noting your order number. I’ll make it right for you.

If the address was incorrect, though I’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

All financial information is collected and processed by a secure eCommerce gateway (Wocommerce). I never see your specific credit card or PayPal information.

The only information that I collect is that which is used to fulfill your order:

  • What products you ordered, and when.
  • The name, email address, and phone number provided by you.
  • The billing (and optionally: shipping) address entered by you.
  • A note about which payment method you used (but no account information).

When making a purchase, all customers will have their email addresses added to the mailing list. National Parks Company typically sends out one newsletter per month with shop updates.  I will never, ever sell an email list. I don’t even know how to do that. In every newsletter there is a 1-click unsubscribe button and any customer who does not wish to receive my newsletters can easily unsubscribe. I’ll do my best to keep my emails relevant to you.

If you have any questions about shipping or concerns about your order’s status, please contact me at support@nationalparksco.com.

Returns & Exchanges

If your product is defective, damaged, or otherwise not what you expected, I offer you 14 days to return it. The last thing I want is for you to be stuck with an item that you’re not happy with.

Please email me at support@nationalparksco.com with your order number and items you would like to return. I will then provide you with a shipping address and instructions. The customer is responsible for the costs associated with the return. Items must be packaged securely in either the original package or a new secure mailer to ensure no damage happens in transit. The responsibility and liability of the goods remain with the customer until I receive the goods. I will issue a 100% refund upon confirmation of delivery.

International orders:

Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

If your order was damaged in the shipping process, please email me photos and let me know what happened. In most cases, I will send a replacement if your order was damaged in transit. Whenever there is a problem, I welcome emails and hope to resolve it quickly.

If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size displayed on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let me know, and I’ll get you sorted out.

If you’d like a different size, get in touch with me at support@nationalparksco.com, and I’ll let you know what your next steps are. If your product is defective, damaged, or otherwise not what you expected, I offer you 14 days to return it.

Please feel free to email support@nationalparksco.com, and I will get you fixed up!

Print Info & Care

National Parks Company only produces prints when I get an order. No inventory means no extra waste. My printing partner’s state-of-the-art printing tech creates almost no wastewaters and uses less energy than traditional printing methods.

Prints are rolled, placed into a plastic sleeve, and inserted into industrial grade shipping tubes for delivery. They are never folded or creased at the time of processing. Please be careful when removing the end caps from tubes and removing prints from tubes.

Prints will retain their curled shape once removed from the tube. They will return to a flattened state with the proper care and treatment. I recommend placing the print curled-side down on a flat surface, such as a clean table or hardwood floor, and placing several heavy objects on the back. Five heavy books that cover each corner with one in the middle work best for returning prints to a flattened state. Please allow prints to sit overnight with the weight for the best results. In some cases, lightly curling the prints the opposite way will also help the paper fibers straighten out. Or you can simply frame your print.

Framed prints tend to have greater longevity than unframed prints. My images are all designed to fit into standard frame sizes that are easy to find pre-made. To maintain the vibrant color of your print, do not hang it in direct sunlight. With proper care, your print will last a lifetime!

MY GUARANTEE
National Parks Company products are made to be of the highest quality. I will replace or refund any purchase that does not meet this standard.
